• Orders are shipped within 2 business days
• Delivery time is 3-5 business days in Denmark
• Delivery costs 39 DKK for orders under 499 DKK
• Orders over 499 DKK are eligible for free delivery to parcel shops
• We can currently deliver to Denmark, the UK, the European Union, Norway, the USA, Canada and New Zealand - check delivery prices at checkout or here

Customs, VAT and import duties

Orders within the EU, Norway and UK

For deliveries within the EU, Danish VAT is included in the price, and there are no additional customs or import duties upon delivery.

For goods to the UK, VAT is also included in the price and only purchases over 135 GBP may incur customs or import duties, which are paid by the buyer.

Orders to other countries outside the EU

If you order to another country outside the EU, your order may be subject to local customs, import or VAT fees, which are collected by the local authorities when the package arrives in the country.

• Any additional fees, customs and local taxes are paid by the recipient.
• Processing time at customs may extend the total delivery time, and this is beyond our control.

If you have questions about customs and duties in your country, please write to us and we can investigate whether there will be customs duties on the purchase in your country.

For many smaller purchases, there will be no additional costs.
