Refund policy

Warranty
There is a 2-year right to complain under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. It covers defects in materials and/or workmanship.
It does not cover faults or damage caused by incorrect use of the product.
Tonka Papers will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Refunds
If a refund has been agreed, please send us your bank details so we can transfer the agreed amount.

Right of withdrawal
There is a 30-day full right of return on items bought in our webshop, counted from the day you receive your order. Wallpaper custom-made by agreement cannot be returned, so we always recommend ordering a sample first.

You pay the return shipping costs yourself.
You must notify us of your cancellation no later than 30 days after your purchase, and return the items no later than 14 days after notifying us.
Notification must be sent by email to info@tonkapapers.com, clearly stating that you wish to use your right of withdrawal.

Condition of the item when returned
You are only liable for any reduction in the item's value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and function. In other words, you may examine the item as you would in a physical shop. The backing must not have been removed from the wall decoration, and no attempt must have been made to install it.
If the item has been handled beyond this, we consider it used, which means you will receive only part or none of the purchase price back, depending on its commercial value.
To receive a full refund, do as you would in a physical shop: you may examine the item, but not actually use it.
The product must be carefully repacked the same way you received it, so it does not crease or get damaged in transit.
